Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AskedAbout at askedabout.com, operated by Sensara (“AskedAbout”, “we”, “us”). By running a check or purchasing an audit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

• Free check — a 60-second AI visibility check that asks 3 buyer questions across 2 AI engines (ChatGPT and Perplexity) and returns a quick signal.
• Full Audit — a one-time paid report that runs 25 buyer questions across 4 engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude), sampled 3 times each — 300 answers — plus a prioritized fix plan.

Nature of the results

AskedAbout reports what third-party AI engines say about a business at the time we ask. AI answers change between runs and over time, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Your report is informational and is not a guarantee of future AI behavior, search ranking, traffic, or revenue, and it is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Pricing and payment

The Full Audit is a one-time charge of $79 (USD) unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may change pricing for future purchases, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Use AskedAbout only for lawful purposes and for businesses you are authorized to represent. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or overload the service, and do not use it to harass or impersonate others.

Your report and our content

The audit report we generate for you is yours to use within your business. The AskedAbout website, software, methodology, and brand are owned by us and may not be copied or resold without permission.

Third-party services

The audit relies on third-party AI engine APIs and other providers (e.g. Stripe). We are not responsible for the content those engines return or for outages or changes in their services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the audit giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
