We want you to feel the Full Audit was worth it. Because it is a one-time digital product generated on demand, this policy explains when and how you can get a refund.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

If your audit failed to generate, did not deliver what we describe on the site, or simply was not useful to you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your $79 in full — no lengthy process.

How to request a refund

Email zac@sensara.io from (or referencing) the email address you used at checkout, and tell us briefly what went wrong. We aim to respond within two business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.
